Watched the first episode didnt bother with the second, this was a bit B grade especially the under water scenes.
they basically replaced vampires with mermaids and thought it would be good enough and its way too predictable.

its basically vampire diaries but with mermaids uhm not that i watch vampire diaries

I skipped the whole vampire thing even way back with Buffy. Yes it is a bit B grade. But the Grimm also started out like this. So it may mature.

Otherwise The Crossing has also just started so there is that to watch as well. and I also have the first season of The Oath to get through.

Watched the first few episodes of this and has some potential. Enjoying it so far.

Strangest looking girl though :erm:

Legend has it that Bristol Cove was once home to mermaids. Now, this coastal town has a mysterious new visitor in a girl named Ryn, who may just prove that all of the stories are true.

Ryn catches the eye of local marine biologist Ben, and when he begins to show interest, fellow marine biologist Maddie becomes suspicious. Others in town, like deep sea fisherman Xander, are on a quest to discover the truth that is out there, and Helen, the town eccentric, knows more about the mysterious creatures than she lets on.

The battle between man and sea takes a dangerous route as these predators seek to claim their birthright.
