Fritzel was a crazy dude man. He was dysfunctional in some way. As Sandman said, he is the exception. You cant come here trying to lump other countries into the same boat. SA's rape statistics, frequency, violence, location, and spread of who it happens to and who it is done by. Is hard to match. Even by those nations that protect the rapist, like Saudi. There is something seriously wrong with that, no amount of sugar coating can disguise it.

Peoples choices are not as black and white as YES OR NO, they are all affected by major things like the environment they are in etc. If we don't tackle things like this, we will always have rape stories here and there which I think is not acceptable. We have to go to the core and eliminate it from the core and with Gene Therapy(google it) it is more than possible.
