Sitecom modem problems

I'm not that clued up on setting up an adsl modem and am having some issues with my sitecom dc-227 adsl2+ modem. I've signed up for the 4mb uncapped with mweb and they confirm the account is active.

The problem is the only place I can find to enter the settings requires me to first choose my country, and SA is not listed. So I choose britain and then choose manual setup and enter the settings.

Now when I check the stats tab is has the following.

I still don't have internet access so if someone can help out that would be great.
