After battling with iBurst for three months over the issue of sites not loading, then iBurst finally resolving the problem ... look, it's happening again.

Same sites - so that's everything on the Gawker Media network, including www.kotaku.com and www.gizmodo.com.

This is really, really infuriating. I'm a journalist, I need quick access to these websites (particularly Kotaku) multiple times daily, and this is interfering with my work.

Are you sure it is a iBurst problem?
I am on iBurst and everything is working. Maby it is something like JAVA or Flash Player.
What happens when you open the site?

It's loading on my side. What area are you in?

Yes, but it's a localised issue and won't affect everybody on iBurst. I fought with iBurst tech support for three months about this, with them claiming it was a problem on my side. Giving up on them, I eventually resorted to writing a scathing article about it in a magazine - I had someone calling me up from iBurst quickly, and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes.

Apparently it's an issue with local caching conflicting with header content on some sites. It causes sites to take upwards of ten minutes to load.

Hi there

Please could you mail me some more info regarding your issue.

I will then investigate.

Thanks
