Skype dead again

Ever since Telkom released their own VoIP product.
Surly this is against the law; the one thing that did go trough on Feb 1 was that VoIP is legal. If Telkom is blocking it they are taking away one of our rights.
Any lawyers care to comment?

There have been a bunch of threads, especially yesterday, with people having terrible SAIX problems. I can vouch for this I was one of them. It was past 12am, and I couldn't get any work done.

Must admit haven't had any problems today.

As Telkom is implementing there software for the hardcapping the seem to be breaking everything !

Pretty soon Skype will be completely unusable as they are going to start shaping it fully

Works fine for me (for now).. spend lots of time on it. One thing though is that sometimes a whole wall of popups come up on the right, 'this contact has signed in', 'that contact has signed in' - like 5 at a time.. messages also sometimes don't go through unless I go offline and reconnect.

Sigh. Wheres the SNO already.

Welcome to South Africa, where they cap the living hell out of everything

Skype is now completley useless.
So i used QQ the other night for video chat and it worked 100%

You can switch that off under options - notifications (Vers. 1.4.0.84)
