Skype Help!

I decided to get Skype 1.1 today. Downloaded it, installed it but when I got to the create account screen, I entered in my new username and password...but then it couldn't connect!

(Errorstring) Skype cannot be started (#1102)

(Errordescription) Internal fatal error occurred, please report this problem to Skype

I do have a firewall, Agnitum Outpost Firewall Pro 2.5 and in the applications tab I have allowed skype.exe so I'm not sure what the problem is
