Skype issues since move

Need some help from all the clever techies here
I moved from Centurion to Lynnwood a while ago. Since the move when I Skype my parents in Knysna their image is very bad. They can see me perfectly. I still have a 4MB line and get around 5-6mb on speedtest.

Are there any test I can run to determine what the problem might be?

I assume you mean you have a 4Mbps line (i.e. 4 Megabit per second ADSL connection)

I have the same 4Mbps Telkom ISP connection, and am on skype with my folks in the UK almost every day. Some days the video quality is great, but mostly it's pretty poor. I live in a small town (even smaller that Knysna) but I can only assume our local exchange capacity is overloaded

Oops, yes I meant 4Mbps line. Not sure if its is just coincidence that their line quality dropped when I moved or that there is something right with my line. We are on a brand new exchange which is less than 100m from my house

Hve you changed ISPs?

No both of us still on the same ISP's. I am with MWEB and them with Telkom.
They also Skype with my sis in Capetown with no issues.
