Just checked my purchase history and when I buy with my UK credit card I'm charged VAT (at 15%). When I buy with my SA card I'm not.

I send intl sms with http://www.smsbug.com @ <27c/sms to most countries... (100 credits 3euro 1credit=1sms(most countries))
