Skype Speakerphone for telecon?

I need to telecon to our Jhb branch frequently and although 1:1 works fine over Skype, as soon as more people are attending and sitting around a boardroom table, I struggle to hear what they say.

There are 100s of products on Amazon which are all excellent, but none seem to be available locally? The local supplier of the Jabra SPEAK 410 charges R2000, while it's closer to $50 on Amazon.

Can anyone suggest a good telecon USB speakerphone for me? preferably sub R1000.
