Skyrim - Enderel Launcher

Trying to connect to sureai.net and any other pages linked from that site, principally to download the Nederel Launcher but always receive a dead page message. Tried different browsers. Tried it from the Tablet. It tries and then no connection. I have no firewall block or anti-virus running. Went to the Nexus mod site and could not find anyone recently with this problem. Could it be a connection issue from South Africa?

Ok managed to download. Had to use cellphone connection. Must be a block somewhere on by ADSL.
