Hi all.
Just thought I'd share some feedback.
I'm not much of a brand person, as in I prefer more features for lower cost, as opposed to paying more for a premium brand for less.
I've had this TV for about nearly 8 months now, bought it at Hi-Corp N1 city on special for R7000, marked down from nearly R10,000
At the time of purchase, I didn't know much about the specs, apart from the fact that it was an Android TV, and was HD, and had a 55" screen, and had a DVB T2 Tuner (that part I haven't used) All I was looking for was a Smart TV, with Android integrated so that I could run Kodi, and this suited my budget. Although the TV I had hoped for was sold out, so settled with this Skyworth.
It was only when I got home, when I realised, that this is actually a UHD TV, not just FHD, and the picture quality is outstanding with 4K picture quality, it comes with a Bluetooth remote, and is easily one of the best Sounding TVs, I've ever had.
The sound quality is incredible. With Kodi & Zerotier, I have linked it to my own Web based PVR, so can watch the BBC channels, and AUS/NZ channels and various others with no buffering, all from legitimate sources, and the picture quality is nearly as if I'm watching from a satellite dish, and decoder.
If you're on a budget, and looking for a new TV I highly recommend purchasing this TV. I was pleasantly surprised with the features it came with.
