SLA suggestions

Hi,

ICASA works towards an SLA for ADSL.

What would you like to see in such an SLA?

What comes to my mind:

Installation next working day after order - or 1 month free for each day beyond this
Repairs within 1 working day - or 1 month free for each day beyond this
If they don't pitch according to agreement, 6 months free service

Etc etc

Anyways.. I agree with all of your suggestions except the 1-6months for free. I would say, If I order the 1st of August and they only install it on the 10th of august, give 9days for free with 1day as the requirement for installation.
