So for the last few days ive been doing a intense workout every day and will still for the next 18 days or so, the thing is tho afterwards i feel so tired and want to go take a nap for like an hour or so, is it wrong or would it be beneficial to a take a nap straight for a workout?

My supplements that i take are: animal pak in the morning, animal rage for energy before my workout, and a protein shake afterwards

Very good. it increases the production of human growth hormone. most professional cyclists take naps after their training sessions.

just make sure you take your protein supplement or whatever 1st, withing 30-60 minutes after the workout as that is the time when the body obsorbes the supplement the best.its called the glycogen window iirc.

Most important is, take take the 6-8 hour nights sleep. So if that 30-60 minute nap won't cause you to stay awake at night it should be fine. If however it will cause you to lay awake and having trouble to fall asleep, Id say its better to not take it. This however is my personal opinion thus take it as such, I don't have any evidence to prove it right.
