I am struggeling to fall asleep at night, so now I want to invest in a proper pillow. I saw the tempur range of pillows, and it looks like the solution. Anyone here got tempur pillows that can share their thoughts? Being R1000 per pillow, I want to make sure it is worth spending on.

Would like to know about these pillows too.

R1000 a pillow, didnt know they were that expensive. Cant see how i would buy a pillow for that price if i could not take it back for a cash refund (not some voucher for some other product).

That is why I want to make 100% sure before spending all that cash on a pillow. The thing is, you sleep for 8 hours, so why not make that 8 hours as comfy as possible?

How did you figure out that pillow is the cause of your sleep issues ? Most times its stress. What have you tried so far ?

Try be more active during the day, after gym I could probably sleep on a rock.

I am active during the day, after work and all that I play squash for an hour.

Doubt if it is stress, my pillow is really not comfy now. But I am sure there are other things too.

I use a pillow filled with some kind of beans or something. I've had it for years. It gives me the support for my neck and does not get compressed during the night like a normal one. It works well. I would really like one of those tempur pillows tho!

So I bought a pillow... and it works! It really does the job, my neck is so comfy now. But now I want to invest in a mattres as well... but that is another R50k+...

Well try anything before SLEEPING PILLS!!! i can't sleep now without half a somnil a night. No matter how much exercise i do my mind will not sleep without one :(

Dude, I'm with you on that Tempur R50k mattress...sleep on a proper bed is sooooooo investment into your health.....its going to be my first bank loan that I'll take....

If I had to spend that much money on a mattress and pillow I would not sleep a wink...

Can't quite imagine anything being comfortable enough for 50K  if it is possible I have yet to experience that level of comfort in all my life lol.

Just go to a tempur shop (only like 4 or so around, canal walk, gateway and in jo'burg somewhere), get onto one of the beds and have a feel... so nice. They have this small little room with their ultimate setup, bed with motors and stuff to change to your "body shape", to make you as comfy as possible, it is amazing!
