Same here (Glentana, George, Western Cape).

Most of the sites, even local ones, time out.
Funny enough telskum does not know anything about this.

It's seems I've dropped off the bottom end here, it's past 7am so my torrents have clearly grinded to a hault but now I can't get speeds on my newsserver either.
