Hi all.

My ADSL line seems very slow 30-40k when downloading.
The line was a 384k line which was upgraded to 1Mbps and then I upgraded it to 2Mbps.

It seems like I am still getting 384k??

I have swapped out the router same thing.

Here are my line stats.

DSP Firmware Version E.25.41.55 A
Connected true
Operational Mode G.Dmt
Annex Type AnnexA
Upstream 512000
Downstream 2048000
SNR Margin(Upstream) 13 dB
SNR Margin(Downstream) 27.0 dB
Line Attenuation(Upstream) 5.5 dB
Line Attenuation(Downstream) 12.0 dB
CRC Errors(Upstream) 2
CRC Errors(Downstream) 0
Latency(Upstream) Fast
Latency(Downstream) Fast

I am in the Table view area.

Any idea what the issue could be?

Thanks

Who is your ISP and what package are you on?

You might have upgraded the Line Speed but the package might still be restricted to a lower speed.

No it's correct, ISP is webafrica 2Mps uncapped
I have also tried afrihost 4 Mbps account.
