About 3 weeks ago my exchange got upgraded to adsl2+. That night I did a speedtest and got max 170kb/s. (Before that I got 420+ kb/s)

I phoned Telkom, a techie came out, tested the line and said there is a problem at the exchange. I tried a different router, cables, different isp's, ect. They even re-created the port for me, but it is still the same. They dropped the speeds to 3 meg, 2 meg and it still max out at 170kb/s.

I phone them every afternoon and every second to third day, they send me an sms to say the fault is cleared. Then I phone again and get a new reference number (which is escalated).

What can I do?:mad
 
You had 4mb speeds before, so obviously they broke it now.

Phone them and ask to speak to the manager or someone with more experience, i Bet that problem will get solved :)
