Slow ABSA SMS notifications

I just received a number of banking notifications from ABSA - 3 days after I made the transactions.
Really guys?
And people ask me why I don't use cellphone banking.

Sometimes these transactions only happens a few days later. I also experienced this lately. Not all places do the transaction immediately.

I found that I have not received some of my transaction smse in the last 4-7 days.....

this includes deposits, and payments.

My bugbear with ABSA's system is how slow the sms's for online banking verification come through. This on both the Vodacom and Cell C networks, so can't see how it is network related. My FNB come through almost instantly consistently.

Lately this is the case for me as well. I made two EFT payments, are yet to receive the sms notifications.

All my sms came through today. Apparently they had a technical problem but it seemed to be fix.
