Slow ADSL 2Mbps line

Hey all

I have a 2Mbps Telkom ADSL line and I only get about 0.6Mbps (60k downloads)

Telkom don't want to do anything about it, last responds I got was that it's within acceptable range....

The thing is if I get Telkom to reset/recreate the port the line is fine downloads 200k and above but
only for a few hours or a day.

Does anyone know what would cause this to happen?

Run some tracert's and post the results here when you are experiencing the slow speeds.

It could be that there is congestion on your exchange.

The Line is always slow unless the port is reset.

I did a reset about an hour ago, so here are the tracert's now and a speed test.
I will do the same again when the line gets slow.
