Slow adsl speed

So I recently updated my adsl speed from 2mbps to 10mbs yet when I run speed test I still get results under 2mnps, below is the readings I'm getting from my router

Had the same problem when I upgraded, simply phone telkom internet support and they will up the speed for you.

I had the same problem. They upped the line sync, but didn't up the speed of the uncapped account itself.

I was battlkng for them to sort it out, I finally spoke to someone who new what to do and assisted after days of being transfered from sales to technical back to sales I finally got it sorted out
