I've actually been getting full speed ADSL since Monday. It's the first time in months I'm getting full speed at any time other than 4 in the morning.

Telkom has finally moved my line to a different exchange on Friday 28 March, according to TelkomZA on Facebook, and since then I'm getting full speed whenever my ISP account allow me to, which is pretty much 100% of after hours!
Since then a few of my friends, who also live in Die Boord, had full speed access, but theirs went down the drain from Monday again, where as mine stayed full speed.
Like last night it was so bad at my colleague's place, that he couldn't even open web pages!
So I'm really not sure who to contact, but I would definitely contact @TelkomZA on Twitter, Telkom on Facebook and Telkom on HelloPeter to get their attention! Perhaps also ask for your line to be moved to a non-congested DSLAM like I did!

I think they might have moved me to another exchange as well then. The performance I've been getting this week has been the best I've had in months. I live in Stellenbosch Central, though.
I complained to the Telkom rep on Twitter, but I didn't leave a number. It's possible they might have had my number from the last time I complained to them, though.
