Starting yesterday my 8 meg line is only able to currently achieve about 2meg throughput speeds. I've tested various different ISP data (mweb, webafrica, afrihost, FNB) with the same result which makes me believe it's a problem with my line, exchange or IPC in Cape Town. This only started yesterday and today (30th/1st). Before then my line speeds have been perfect.
