Back from holiday. What's going on with speeds? Connection is fine but am getting a max of 15KB/s now

Thanks Hugo, it has improved and I'm now up to 50KB/s. It was 175KB/s when I left last Tuesday. I'm in Douglasdale.

Shame. It seems that Neotel is uber slow in some areas. I have a 384k uncapped. Downloaded a 4GB international torrent in 2 days. When I started there was a Neotel peer @ 39%

After When I was seeding he/she was @ 42% now is it just me or is that like UBER!! slow...
