Slow download speeds & dashboard error

Hi,

Since yesterday I have been experiencing some slow download speeds. I get 10kb/s with every file I download. This morning my dashboard said I got 203mb still available but when I log into my account it says 1295 remaining... I haven't really kept an eye on my cap this month so I'm not to sure if I should have some left or not...
Every time I reconnect my dashboard says I got 203mb available.

Feels like I'm already capped with the speeds I'm getting at the moment but according to my account I still got a few megs left. Just wondering if anyone else having this problem?

I tried contacting Shaun via email but seems I can't send any mail either.

I am able to log in, I reached my 3GB cap today.

My account says 00mb left and I am throttled at the moment.

My dashboard still says there's 203mb avail after I reconnect even though there was only 70mb avail earlier today. On Iburst webiste it says now that I got 1157 remaining but the speeds are slow. Feels like I'm already throttled.
