Slow Email on Storm 2

Hi there guys. So For the past 9 months my email has worked perfectly. Came through on my phone at the exact time as my normal yahoo web page shows. But for the past 3 weeks, all emails on two different addresses have been coming through about 24 hours late. No settings have been changed whatsoever. I even tried deleting my accounts and configuring them again to no avail. Is anyone else having this problem? And it doesnt matter where I am. The browser speed is perfect and have no problems connecting to the net.

Just tested my 9300 and gmail account. Comes thru about 30 seconds after email was sent. No problem with Vodacom BIS or gmail. Maybe its yahoo?

Same with my gmail. Could be MTN?
