Slow ethernet speeds - Telkom Modem

using the "famous" telkom router/hub

have 3 devices connected to it, router configured to run 100MB Full Duplex, but I get transmission speeds thats not even 10MB, what could be wrong ?

All my network cards are setup to run 100MB Full Duplex, even changed the cables, but no luck ??

Zone Alarm Firewall setting limiting speed. Other pc's were on trusted zone, Dropped to medium trusted zone security
