Slow International on IS

Anyone else struggling? I can't browse international at all today - it is crawling and even local sites are slow.

Went fine the whole weekend until sunday.... now its DEAD! Any1 else experience this? Might need a new router since mines making a buzzing noise, but Telkom works fine.... strange...
