Anyone else also having very slow speeds on the IS uncapped. My account is not rate limited but I'm getting very slow international speeds + very high latencies. :mad:
 
Well, Openweb VPN appears to be down...

I know they are with IS. Seems like today has just been a bad day for teh interwebz in SA.
 
Yeah I'm on a Openweb and a Webafrica IS account (Not Uncapped) And International is slower than a granny.
