Slow Internet Speeds

Is anyone else experiencing extremely long load times for international sites, and an increased amount of timeouts? It seems to have been like this for 2 days now. I'm with telkom adsl 512kb/s
The slow speeds are really starting to irritate me.

it's the same kark every month about this time ........ there's plenty threads where it's evident. Just one of those sh*tty things about out internet

I'm on SAIX, Durbs & International, some local are down to a crawl here. Its been like this for a week & happens every month, around this time, for the past 5 months now.

Yes. I am in CT, Newlands and for the last three days have been achieving maximum download/browsing speeds of 8kB/s (i.e. 64k line).

International sluggish this lovely morning. Can't access most sites. Was told by a chap from Axxess that its due to excessive "strain" on systems...
