Hi there...for the past 6months from the 23rd of every month I don't have any Internet connection...when I do get connected it's very slow..this goes on until the start of the new month. I've complained so many times and up to today no one gets back to me..please advise

Who is your Internet Service Provider, and what kind of internet service do you have?
