Slow intl speed

Anyone else experiencing bad international speeds? I have ADSL 384, and it's extremely slow.

Fault is in hand with our overseas provider, there technicians are currently investigating.

As per our overseas provider, there is a cable break in Stockholm - technicians are attending to the fault.

The cable break has been repaired and all connectivity has restored.
 
Just recieved an email from saix stating that the break has been repaeired and all international access is back to normal
