Why don't we all phone and lodge our grievances with the Product Manager of MyWireless. His number is 011691-7193
He is on voicemail (what would be expected) but we should ALL leave messages and if they dont return calls do it every day until they do. Also lets flood their fax machines daily with written complaints until they release a statement to all clients of WHAT the problem is, WHEN it will be fixes, WHY this problem occured and HOW are they going to rebate us.

Come on people. There should have been at least 10 replies here by now - the only way we'll get anything done is by pestering those at the top.

i've phoned the mywireless accounts department and asked a bernadette for a month's refund since i've had a speed issue ticket open since things went pear shaped on the 7th May.

will advise on the response.

Why do you always have to make new topics which is a duplicate of old topics.
I try hard to get top management to come read the information here but when you do this they get peed off and not return.
Every one of us know about the problem, even the helpdesk is now acknowledging the problem and we are working around the friggin clock to try and improve things but you carry on and on and on harping about the same old subject like a stuck record.
Leaving messages on Winston Smiths phone is not clever as he has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the problem and has far more important things to do that listen to this crap.

Give the baying mob a (conservative) time window for resolution and they will STFU,simple [:D]

Yes... but it does get a bit much.
I'm all for constructive criticism… but there are members who
act like a bunch of spoilt kids who think that by throwing a
tantrum, someone will notice.
State your view sure....but then move on with life, PLEASE!
(Some of us actually want to enjoy their MW experience)

I'm with the gunmen.. create a sticky (2) where people can moun (post VALID data that shows their experience BLOWS) and where people can post positive experience. I don't know, just keep everything together. RPM? what you think? So that if management of sentech comes and check it out, thy will know whats going on...

/me tips his hat to proasm and lonegunmen and walks of into the sunset

"i may just be the dumbest guy on the forum - except for the Sentech Help Desk"

Cant we ban topics on the following subjects and FORCE people to click on Search rather :

* slowdown issues
* Cape town stuff
* network sharing
* latency issues
* Sentech sucks/blows/whatever [:p]
* "experiences" topics.
* speed tests (read: overkill) and results

Im getting tired of seeing duplicate topics on the same page. There are enough topics in the history covering all the above.

Im with you on this one ProAsm [:D]

Some of the regulars here should be upgraded to "moderator" status like ProAsm (maybe not due to his position) or TheRoDent (temper could be a problem [;)] ) Suggestions anyone?

I vote for LoneGunman, has tact, is very diplomatic, hell I've even heard his nick whispered in the passages when I was up there.
Kinda guy that tells you to goto hell and makes you look forward to going there [:)]

this is so funny

Why do you have to "put your two cents in"... but it's only a "penny for your thoughts"? Where's that extra penny going to?
