I say this with a bit of sceptiscm *spelling*
ADSL while good has this 3gb cap because Telkom *hypothetically* does'nt have enough b/w for all it's users on this service , and am I wrong to say that ADSL users who goto heavily trafficked sites have the potential to hog all the b/w to a few sites thus prevent leased line and other major customers from accessing certain sites.
Work on 512 downtream , multiply it by say 1000 users and come to the figure and then goto any www site and see if that site has that amount of bandwith to cope with the demand ..
It is causing havoc on the networks or could I merely be speculating ?
