Slow site

I am having problems accessing the xbox forums at: http://www.xbox-360.co.za/forum/

It loads extremely slow. Anybody else have a similar problem?

Thanks. Now to get to the root of the problem.

I have rebooted my router, used Firefox, Opera and IE, disabled firewall and anti-virus, changed DNS settings but still no luck.

Any suggestions that I can try to resolve my problem. (this is the only site giving me this problem)

Their sister site at :http://www.playstation-3.co.za/forum/ is giving me the same problem.
