I just got rain and i have coverage it works but sooo slow what can i do to make it faster , it took over 3 hours to download 500mbs

Can some one please tell me how to make it faster
Having the same issue, although faster than your speeds.
Ping: 28ms
Download: 1.27Mbps
Upload: 0.13Mbps
Ridiculous this, actually pathetic. Maybe worth paying the extra with Vodacom, MTN, etc and get decent speeds. Yesterday could not watch a movie and when we switched to my partners Vodacom, great speed and nooooo buffering or stalling.
Time to rethink #Rain. Can imagine this going the same way with their 5G.

I am us to getting slow speed in the morning but now it's after midnight that I get slow speeds.
What is worse is that my connection just drops every now and then.
Speed test sites show a good result but actual download is like I am being throttled.

im also getting horrible speeds, cant even watch netflix properly, Im sure they throttling us has to be

On Windows 10 if you install the Netflix app you can pre-download episodes. I turn smart downloads off in the settings and set the quality to standard.

Last used Rain in November. Used it this morning and it's so slow. What happened? Struggling to pull down a 3GB file.
Wow not to be a dick, but seems like you guys are getting the short end of the stick. Here i was complaining that my speeds were awful lol
