Slow speed?

Hi
Anyone experiencing slower speed this few days?
Since Monday i have terrible speed....Internationaly max 90kbps...Nationaly 200kbps...i Dont know what is happening...I still have 2.5GB left of my cap....
Please reply someone who has the same problem...

Actually I have been lucky(?) speeds have been good from about the 28th, I had a few laggy moments today in a browser based game (I died, thanks WBS ) but a re-connect and speed is back..
