slow speeds

hi this is not the first time I'm posting this but recently I've been experiencing slow speeds on my 4g plan. I've done everything to contact you phone(kept me on hold), email(no one answered) and now mybb hopefully someone will help me now.

People are on holiday so the network is currently being gangbanged. It will get better again in Jan or Feb when everyone is back at work/school.

@rain_mobile, I have a problem with my Rain 5G service, unstable at times, and no service during load shedding. Download speed appears to be fine, +/- 70 but upload is often less that 1Mbps. I see that there are three towers close to my home, 100m and 500m further. Will this not give a better connection speed? As for no service during load shedding, if I have to get another provider for load shedding I might as well cancel my Rain contract. Can you assist please.
