slow today, Y?!?

My Speed is really slow today.
im on HomeDSL 192, and this is wat i get on a speed test:

Your line speed is approximately 140.3 Kbps or 17.2 kBytes/sec


its neva been so slow. is there sumthin rng with the line or is normal for the speed to drop now and then?

On Sunday (31 July) I could barely browse. My poor WOW ping was 11300 ms (yep that hurt). So I went and watched a movie. Yesterday (1 Aug) the situation did not improve - I could not even use a VoIP application. So I turned off the pc and read a book *sigh* Yes I know, the horror of it all.

FYI: I'm on HomeDSL 384 and was still uncapped on 31 July.

I'm hoping that things would have changed by the time I get home this evening...

Anybody seen an improvement yet?

Sry to say but the speed is still terrible, i just connected to wow and my lag was 19564 ms i nearly landed on the groud..

Did a test and my http is Estimated line speed: 18.5 (kiloBytes/second)
