slow websites

I'm having trouble with http://www.speedservices.co.za and http://www.postoffice.co.za. They are either very slow or doesn't load at all and has to be refreshed several times before something happens.
I was just wondering why? Is it because they are designed in a specific manner or does it rather has to do with their hosting company?

They have been on a go slow/strike for four months now, maybe they have broken the website as well

If you are trying to track a package, use http://www.parceltrack.co.za

Their websites/hosting just suck.
Their website hasn't worked nicely in years.
As Zarthustra suggested, give parceltrack.co.za ago, else if you want email notifications of updates try parcel check

I would say that its the hosting company... it is hosted locally by the looks of it: dns lookup so it is entirely likely that the hosts internet connection is full of it, kinda like most other internet connections here. The hosts slow upload speed + our slow download speed + lots of connections (probably) = a legit theory.
