Slow wifi

Hi I have been having a problem with my rain router it has been so for the put 2 weeks I tried rebooting it it's still slow it only come back like 1 am then at 5am it becomes slow again I don't know what's the problem but I need you guys to fix it I live in cosmo city ext 10 I don't think am the only if it doesn't get fixed I will have to cancel my subscription with you guy and find another company thank you please get it fixed
