Slowdown After Upgrade

Has anyone else experienced a slowdown since being upgraded?

Ever since my line was upgraded (7040/640) my download speed has been reduced to a crawl, my max dl is now 50KB/s. I have tried with a number of ISPs and it is still the same.

maybe the line got messed up during the upgrade?
i think your best bet is to log a line fualt and hope it doesnt take 20 years before they fix it... (if you havnt already)

Phone 0800375375 and ask them to reset your port at the exchange, that should fix it
