Sign up with GoogleIt would appear to me, at least from my location and using the Midrand server that the 41 IP range gives slower speeds than the 197 IP range. But I don't want to use the 197 IP range to the site loading problem there.
This morning just after 6 am I performed two tests back to back on the same tower. Just a quick disconnect/reconnect to change IP address.
On the 197 IP address range I get:
and on the 41 IP range
Now repeated the test, this time the difference is much more pronounced.

Would be interesting to get results from other areas.
EDIT: Just tested again - figured that I'd start with the "slow" IP range this time. Same results.
