slower than a 56k modem

I'm in agony about the slow international speeds I'm experiencing today. (10 May 2005) I'm not capped. Anybody else have this?

Client complaints of disconnects & slow speeds

Hi,

I have had a some clients in the Cape Town area complain of disconnects and slow bandwidth. One in Newlands and the other in Mowbray (disconnects - but has 95% signal.)

Is there any way around these disconnects? And is the slow bandwidth affecting Cape Town at the moment?
