Small form factor audio player for gym (Bluetooth and Apple Music capable)

Why dont you just use a smartphone, I use an iPhone 5s small and light works with Apple Music perfectly and my BT headphones.
 
I got a 8 plus and it’s too big, it flops around in a pair of shorts when I run
 
Apple Watch or the old iPod shuffle or Nanno, you should be able to pick them up second hand for cheap cheap. I doubt the old iPods will be compatible with Apple Music though.
