SMART Insurance - Minor Chips

So I was driving home from work this evening when my front bumper got pelted with wood all over the highway causing several small chips on the front bumper. Now apart from my comprehensive insurance, I also have the SMART insurance which covers minor damage like this. I have submitted a claim to SMART online, and will follow up with them tomorrow regarding the claim.

I just want to know if anybody had dealing with SMART, and more specific, claimed for chips on the front bumper? Also, how do they fix these small chips, I really hope they don't spray the entire bumper :(

My experience with SMART is that they will NOT spray the whole bumper, there's some stupid thing about the scratch being no bigger than 200 mm x 200 mm.

Bloody Con artists as far as I am concerned.

They will not respray the whole bumper, they will use touch up paint....

Do not be surprised if they do not fix all the scratches at once.

Thanks, I got in contact with them and lodged a claim. I need to get 2 quotes and takes photos of each chip and of the entire bumper. I also spoke to the panel beaters and they said a respray is about R2800. So when I go for quotes tomorrow and take it from there.
 
In a surprising turn of events, Smart accepted the claim to respray the bumper. They won't pay for blending though, that's at my cost for R800.
