Smart switch to turn off another switch during power failure

I have 2 plugs in my house that is not connected to my inverter. I have 2 vizia smart plugs. I want the one plug to turn off another plug when there is loadshedding or power failure.

I run the aircon off my inverter. So when the power goes off and the inverter goes to battery power I want the plug that is plugged into Eskom power to turn off the other one.

I hope this makes sense.

If you're not running a localized version of the firmware and some platform like HomeAssistant you'll have to add smart-triggers in the app for when "Device offline" to trigger Power-off on the 2nd smart plug likely,it won't be instant since it polls devices every few minutes
(you could try Voltage < 10 on the Eskom side but im not sure if that would trigger or not due to it just being offline)

Thankx alot. I will try this. I have tried setting voltage to =0 and voltage < 60. Nothing happend.
