My father just got a new Samsung Smart TV (UA45F7500 I think) and I want to set up Netflix and Hulu on it for him. I have got both of them working on my Macbook via unodns and I can route traffic through unodns on the TV but I can't find either of the apps on the Samsung store. It looks like it might be region locked. I changed the region to United States and the DNS to one of the unodns ones and still no luck. Is there any way to get them in SA? Or would he have to spend more on a media player like a Roku or Apple TV?

Go to smart hub screen and press the following keys on your remote in quick succession >> 289 <<
A region menu should then pop up

Thanks, sorted it out :)

What would be better to get the latest episodes of series, Hulu Plus or Nextflix

Anybody know what the region settings are on a f8000?

Yea ill try that. I have a retarded little Samsung at home too, I'll try his remote

Netflix works great, Hulu is slow as hell though, even on the lowest setting. I have a 4 meg line so there should be plenty bandwidth but it struggles to even build up a buffer. It works perfectly on medium on my computer however and works fine on High quality if I let it buffer for a few minutes. Any ideas?
