Smart watch IMEI reader

Hi. I have a cheapie smart watch, dz09? The touch screen comes on but does not function at all. I've taken it apart, soldered the aerial in the strap back on. checked for other nonsense. But found nothing. I've been told flashing the watch might work. But i've seen that sometimes when you flash the device it wipes the IMEI so before i try this i would like to know the devices IMEI. I cannot check it via the easy routes i.e. *#06# etc. is there a reader that can read the IMEI via USB that actually works and doesn't lead you around in circles. Thanks
