Smartswitch Octotel handover

Smartswitch is my ISP;15/15 Mbps service; Octotel now fibre broadband provider; we have frequent low bandwidth, connectivity drops, internet slow and disconnect problems while on international skype and zoom calls. both providers point the finger at each other; should we test cabling, router interface, network exchange protocols etc?
 
You should change your ISP for a start.. slow international bandwidth etc is typical of an ISP issue..
