Anyone know how to setup a mikrotik routerboard 750 to connect to SmartVillage? Mine keeps losing it's settings everytime the power goes off and since it's the weekend there are no techs available to come out at the moment. Would be great if I could set this up myself.

Usually these routers have vey specific setting in them and user details, security settings etc, Only way to achiev this is get them to do it and then make a backup configiration of the router that way when it does go down u can just restore the backup file each time.

Don't understand how your Mikrotik RB750 looses its setting when the power goes down, I have 2x of them and they do not loose their settings when the power goes down, the second is my back up, I just take it out of the drawer, plug everything in, and 20 or so seconds later I am online.
Get Winbox and connect to the device, setup is not that difficult. Using it to it's full potential as a firewall and router tho could be a challenge.
